What we collect

• Your Majeed Miles account — name, email, mobile number and city. Your password is stored only in a scrambled one-way form; nobody at Bin Majeed can read it.
• Bookings and enquiries — who is travelling, dates, hotels, rooms and the services you ask for, with the contact details you give us.
• Travel documents — passport copies, vaccination certificates and similar files, only when you upload them for a visa or booking, and payment proofs you send us.
• Points — the Majeed Miles points you earn and redeem, and the bookings they came from.

Why we use it

To arrange what you ask for — visas, hotels, transport, flights and packages — to send you quotations, invoices and booking messages, to credit your points, and to keep the records the law and our accounts require. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell them or give them to advertisers.

Who sees it

• Our own staff who handle your booking.
• The people who deliver your trip — airlines, hotels, transport and ziyarat operators, and the visa authorities and embassies concerned — and only the details each of them needs.
• Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Passport copies and other documents are kept on our own server in a private area that is not reachable from the web, and are opened only by our staff. They are never passed to an AI service.

WhatsApp and BM Consultant

When you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy terms. BM Consultant, our AI assistant on WhatsApp, reads the messages you send it in order to answer and to pass your enquiry to our team. Please do not send passport pictures to BM Consultant — send documents to our staff, or upload them here.

Cookies and this browser

The site uses one sign-in cookie, which keeps you signed in and protects your account. It also remembers small choices in your own browser — light or dark mode, the currency you picked, hotels you added to "Plan your own Umrah" — which never leave your device.

There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics service on this website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the destination pages fetch the local weather from Open-Meteo; neither is sent any of your personal details by us.

How long we keep it

Your account stays until you ask us to close it. Booking, payment and invoice records are kept for as long as our accounting and legal obligations require, then deleted.

Your choices

• See and correct your name, mobile and city any time in your account → Profile.
• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to close your account and delete what we are not required to keep.
