General Policies

Approved Vaccines

Only NADRA-approved vaccines will be accepted for travel to Saudi Arabia.

Government Taxes / Fees

Any additional fee, tax or surcharge imposed by the Pakistan or KSA Government will be charged to the passenger.

Visa Processing

For E-Visa, 100% payment is required at the time of submission.
Visa fees are non-refundable once applied.

Absconding / Escape in Saudi Arabia

If any passenger escapes, hides, overstays, or violates Saudi immigration rules, a penalty of SAR 50,000 per person will be charged to the client.

Price Changes

All prices/packages are subject to change without prior notice due to airline, hotel, transportation, or foreign exchange fluctuations.

Hotel & Package Policy

• As per Saudi Government regulations, once package, hotel or travel dates are confirmed:
  • They cannot be changed
  • They are non-refundable
  • Alternate hotels may be provided only in case of unavailability
• Shuttle service hotels operate on fixed timings, which may vary by hotel.

Airline Policy

• Air tickets are issued according to airline rules and availability.
• Any date change or cancellation will incur airline penalties.
• Flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling are the airline's responsibility.

Transport & Ziyarat

• Transport will operate according to scheduled timings and local rules.
• Complimentary Ziyarat is subject to availability, weather, and transport timing.
• Missed Ziyarat cannot be claimed financially.

Required Documents for E-Visa

Passengers must provide:

• ✓Scan of Valid Passport (minimum 8 months validity)
• ✓NADRA Vaccination Certificate
• ✓Polio Certificate
• ✕CNIC not required
• ✕Photographs not required
• ✕Hard copies not needed — soft copies acceptable

Incorrect or incomplete documents may delay visa issuance.

Liability Clause

Bin Majeed (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for:

• Flight delays/cancellations
• Visa rejection or delay
• Lost baggage
• Immigration issues
• Medical/health emergencies
• Any situation beyond company control

Acceptance

By accepting a quotation or package, the client agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.
